Where to open Orikami
Orikami runs in the browser at orikami.dias.now/app. There is nothing to install. If the page does not open, reload it and check your internet connection.
The email code does not arrive
Check the Spam folder and the spelling of the address. After a minute click "Send the code again". If Orikami says emails are not being sent right now, try a little later or write to us.
I cannot sign in
Orikami answers "Wrong email or password" without saying which one is wrong. Check the keyboard layout and letter case, then click "Forgot password?": a code to change the password arrives by email.
Orikami takes long to start
Your first sign-in and a sign-in after a break start your personal workspace, which takes about 10 seconds. If a minute has passed, reload the page. Still no luck: write to us from your account email.
The assistant is slow or has stopped
A complex task takes the assistant several minutes; while messages keep appearing in the chat, the work goes on. If it stopped and mentions a limit, see the next question. If nothing has appeared for a long time, reload the page: the conversation and files are saved, and you can continue with a new request in the same chat.
The limit ran out: when can I continue
Every plan has two AI work limits.
- The 5-hour limit counts usage over the last five hours and frees up gradually, by itself.
- The weekly limit resets on Monday at 00:00 UTC.
How much of the limit is used is shown in the Orikami settings. Files are not lost when the assistant stops. Start and Club give more AI work: details are on the page "Close the tab, come back, and limits".
I paid but my plan did not change
Plans are bought in the dashboard at orikami.dias.now/host. After payment on the Stripe page, the plan updates within a minute: wait and refresh the dashboard and Orikami. If the plan is still the old one, write to us from your account email and we will check the payment by hand.
I cannot sign in to the dashboard at orikami.dias.now/host
The dashboard uses a separate password. If you signed up in Orikami, click "Forgot password" in the dashboard and set a password for the same email address.
The site will not publish
The assistant states the reason in the chat. Most often it is a taken name (it suggests another), the site limit reached (3 on Free, 10 on Start, 30 on Club), a site that is too large (up to 50, 200 and 1000 MB) or the daily publish limit (20, 60 and 200). Telegram bots and apps cannot be published yet, only websites.
The site is published but I do not see my changes
Changes reach the site when you ask "Update the site". If you did, reload the page bypassing the cache (Ctrl+F5 or Cmd+Shift+R).
My site is not in Google
Sites on the Free plan are hidden from search engines. On Start and Club they are open, but search engines need time to find them.
I cannot see my conversations and files
Check that you signed in to the same account and pick the right workspace in the left column. If the conversation is not there, write to us from your account email.
How to describe a problem so we can help faster
- What you were doing.
- What you expected to see.
- What actually happened.
- A screenshot and the site address, if the problem is with a site.
