Terms of Use for Orikami and Orikami Host

What this is

Orikami (orikami.dias.now/app) is an AI assistant in the browser. You describe a website in words, the assistant writes its files in your personal workspace and, when you ask in the chat, publishes the site at an address like name.dialektai.org.

Orikami Host (orikami.dias.now/host) is the hosting and dashboard: plans, payment, your sites and access tokens. Orikami and Host work under one account. Only static sites are published: pages, styles, scripts and images.

Answers are written by a language model from a third-party provider (DeepSeek), and requests to it go through our server. The service is provided "as is" and "as available".

Account

To register you give your first and last name, an email address, a phone number and a password; the email is confirmed with a code. Give accurate details and do not share access to your account. You are responsible for your password and access tokens and for everything done with them. A token is shown once; if it leaks, revoke it in the dashboard.

The dialektai.org account is shared by Orikami, Host and other Dialekt products. If you registered in Orikami, set a dashboard password with the "Forgot password" button on the dashboard sign-in page.

Age

The service is intended for people aged 18 or over. By registering you confirm that you are at least 18.

How the assistant works and your responsibility

• The assistant acts on your requests and writes only in your workspace. It publishes a site only when you ask for it in the chat.
• Model answers can contain mistakes. Check the site before and after publishing, including its texts, prices, contacts and legal wording.
• You are responsible for the content of a site you ask to publish and for the rights to the texts, images and data you upload.
• If your site has a request form, visitors' requests are kept in your Host dashboard and emailed to you. You are responsible for telling visitors who receives their data and why (for example, consent and a link to your policy next to the form) and for how you use that data.
• Do not type passwords, keys or payment details into the chat or keep them in your workspace: the content of your work is sent to the model provider (see the Privacy Policy).

Plans and limits

The plans are Free, Start and Club. They differ in the number of sites, their size, publishes per day and the amount of AI work.

• Free, $0: up to 3 sites, up to 50 MB per site, up to 20 publishes per day; sites are hidden from search engines.
• Start, $10 a month: up to 10 sites, up to 200 MB per site, up to 60 publishes per day; sites are open to search engines.
• Club, $29 a month: up to 30 sites, up to 1 GB per site, up to 200 publishes per day; sites are open to search engines.

AI work is counted in units in two windows at once: a rolling 5-hour window and a week that renews on Monday at 00:00 UTC. The window sizes per plan are shown on orikami.dias.now in the Pricing section and in the dashboard. Usage depends on the size and complexity of tasks, the chosen model and the use of web search. When a window is used up, the assistant stops until it renews; unused volume does not carry over. Files are not lost when it stops.

Plans, limits and prices may change; we give advance notice in the dashboard or by email.

Payment and refunds

The Start and Club plans are monthly subscriptions paid through Stripe, with prices in US dollars. A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. You can cancel it or change your card in the dashboard ("Plan and billing", "Manage subscription"); the plan stays active until the end of the paid month.

Refunds: if you paid for a plan and did not use it within 14 days of the first payment (published no site), write to [email protected] and we will refund the money. After that the payment for the current month is not refunded on cancellation, except where the law requires a refund.

The assistant connected to your account cannot pay for or change a subscription: only you can, in the dashboard. When you delete your account, a paid subscription is cancelled at once, with no refund for the unused part of the month.

What is not allowed

You must not use the service to publish or do any of the following:

• phishing and fraud, malware, illegal content;
• infringement of copyright or other rights, sites that impersonate organizations or people;
• spam and unsolicited messages;
• attacks on others, interference with the service, attempts to reach other people's data or to leave your own workspace;
• bypassing limits, including with several accounts, and reselling access without our consent.

We may suspend or remove such a site without warning and, in case of a violation, suspend or end access to the account, notifying you by email.

Reports

You can report abuse on a published site with the form on the "Report a site" page (orikami.dias.now/host/report). We review reports and may suspend a site while we look into it.

Workspace and files

Every person has a private workspace on Dialekt servers. If you do nothing for 30 minutes it goes to sleep and starts again at your next sign-in; files and conversations are kept. We try not to lose data but do not guarantee it: keep your own copy of important files. Published sites are public.

Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Temporary unavailability of the service or a stop of the assistant, including because of a failure at the third-party model provider, is not a breach of these terms on our side.

Deletion

You can delete your account at any time; how is described on the Account deletion page. Deleted sites are kept in an archive for up to 30 days and then erased for good.

Liability

Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for a plan in the last month. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profit, data loss, the content of users' sites, mistakes of the language model or the actions of third-party providers (model, payments, infrastructure).

Changes to the terms

We may change these terms. Users are notified of material changes in advance by email or in the dashboard, no later than 7 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new edition. The current version: orikami.dias.now/en/terms/.
