Delete your account

Subscription

A paid Start or Club subscription is cancelled at once when you delete your account, with no refund for the unused part of the month. If you ask us to delete the account by email, we cancel the subscription by hand. The refund conditions (14 days from the first payment if no site was published) are in the terms; send requests to [email protected]. If a charge arrives after deletion, write to the same address.

How to delete your account

• In the dashboard, instantly. Open orikami.dias.now/host and sign in with the email of your account. If you registered in Orikami, press "Forgot password" on your first visit and set a password: the dashboard has its own. Then click "Delete account", enter the password and confirm. The account is deleted at once.
• By email. If you cannot sign in to the dashboard, write to [email protected] from the email address the account is registered to. A message from that address serves as confirmation. The request is handled within 30 days, usually faster; we reply by email when it is done.

What is deleted at once

• The Host account: the email address is replaced by an anonymous one and you can no longer sign in to the dashboard.
• All tokens and sign-in sessions are revoked, including in Orikami; your Orikami workspace is stopped and becomes unavailable.
• Published sites are taken offline; their files are kept in an archive for 30 days and then erased.

What we erase on your email request

The name, phone number and password of the dialektai.org account, and the files and conversations of your Orikami workspace. Write about it to [email protected] from the account address, including after deleting in the dashboard: we will handle the request within 30 days and reply by email.

What remains

AI usage records and the activity log without your name and email: they are used for limits, billing and security. Payment data is kept by Stripe under its own rules and the law. How data is handled is described in the privacy policy.
